Pension
All staff are auto-enrolled onto our Group Pension Scheme and we will contribute 5.6% of your basic salary.
Life assurance
If you die while employed by CPAG, we will arrange for a nominated person/s to receive three times your annual salary.
Sick pay
We offer sick pay regardless of length of service and you will be entitle to 13 weeks full pay and 13 weeks three quarters pay. After 26 weeks of sick leave, salaries will be covered by our Group Health Insurance.
Season ticket loan
We offer an interest free loan towards train travel season tickets to our offices.
Cycle hire scheme
Employees can hire bikes through a salary sacrifice scheme, which saves tax and national insurance on the cost of the bike.
Discounts
Access discounts on everyday purchases, discounted cinema tickets, discounted gym memberships, savings at restaurants, and cashback on purchases.

Social activities
With an increase in hybrid and remote working we recognise it’s important for our team to spend time together. We have monthly office social events, regular staff away days and a yearly Christmas lunch.

You can get free, confidential advice and services 24/7, 365 days a year for you and your family, including 24/7 free GP appointments.
Counselling and Mental Health Support
You will have access to face-to face or telephone counselling sessions, as well as the opportunity to try computerised cognitive behavioural therapy.

Get support to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet, with support losing weight or increasing exercise. You can also get support to help stop smoking.
Occupational Health Service
Occupational health referrals can be made after short or long term sickness absence, or to help make adjustments to your work environment.

As part of our commitment to health and well-being we cover the cost of flu jabs each year.
Eye sights tests and glasses vouchers
We will reimburse staff for eye and eyesight tests, and for the basic cost of new and necessary glasses.
Leave and Flexible Working
Annual leave
We offer a generous annual leave allowance: 30 days annual leave, plus 4 additional days leave during the Christmas office closure. We also offer staff in both our London and Glasgow office, all English, Welsh and Scottish bank holidays.
Parental and family leave
We offer a range of parental and family options, including 26 weeks of full pay maternity leave and 13 weeks at the current rate of SMP and 6 weeks paid leave for staff whose partner has or adopts a baby. We also offer 10 days paid leave for care of dependants as well as 13 weeks unpaid parental leave for parents or guardians of children up to 16 (18 weeks for parents or guardians of disabled children).
Leave for urgent domestic reasons
We recognise that sometimes there are occasions when unplanned events occur which require immediate attention. For these events we offer 5 days paid leave.
Public duty leave
We aim to support employees who carry out public duties such acting as a magistrate, school governor etc. If you require additional time to undertake these duties we will provide up to 5 days paid leave to carry out these duties.
Study leave
Along with a comprehensive learning and development programme, we also provide 10 days per year paid time off to undertake non-essential training and development activities.
Career break
We know that staff may wish to take a break from work for a variety of reasons and employees with a minimum of two years’ continuous service are therefore entitled to a maximum period of 6 months’ unpaid leave in any 5-year period.
Religious holidays
We are committed to helping staff take time for religious holidays or cultural events and may be done using annual leave, flexitime or a career break.
Flexible working
Flexible working can be requested from day one and we are committed to doing everything possible to accommodate the request. Along with part time working we also offer job shares, term time working, annualised hours and compressed hours.
