If you are an adviser, you can use our templates in England and Wales. If you intend to use any of these letters in Scotland, please use them with caution as the pre-action protocol does not apply in Scotland. See our document explaining some of the changes needed to use the letters in Scotland.
Template letters
We produce template letters for advisers for use in England and Wales on:
- Universal credit and migration to universal credit
- Other benefits and payments
- Benefits for people in particular circumstances - migrants, and people who have experienced domestic abuse
- Decisions, delays and challenging decisions
