Revision, supersession and appeal procedure: tools and templates

This template can be used when submitting an appeal after the DWP have refused to carry out a mandatory reconsideration (MR) on the grounds that the MR request was late.

This template asks the FTT to direct the Tribunal Clerk to list the hearing and the Respondent (DWP) to respond to the Appellant's appeal by a specified date, because the Appellant is in urgent need. Use this template when the DWP has already responded and the Appellant has replied.
