Governors poverty toolkit

A toolkit for governors who want to increase inclusion and improve outcomes for children from lower-income families.

This toolkit supports governing boards to understand the relationship between poverty and educational disadvantage. It gives practical steps governors can take to help to reduce the barriers faced by pupils experiencing poverty. It was produced by the National Governance Association (NGA) and CPAG.
