About CPAG eLearning

Our eLearning courses are developed by experts. They're designed to be taken online at a time and pace that suits you.

There isn't a tutor, but instead you work through a series of online lessons. The lessons are full of examples and interactive elements to help you engage with the content and practise what you are learning.

Who are the courses for?

We offer eLearning for two different audiences.

  1. Courses for frontline professionals who do not have welfare rights knowledge.
  2.  Advanced level courses designed specifically for welfare rights advisers.
