Scottish child payment - what next?

As part of Challenge Poverty Week 2022 we hosted an online event to discuss the questions on the future of the Scottish child payment contained in the Scottish government's consultation on Scottish social security.

• Share evidence from the Early Warning System about who misses out on the Scottish child payment.
• Illustrate how moving away from topping up reserved benefits could create greater policy flexibility and improve the impact the payment has.
