Briefing for stage 1 debate on Social Security (Scotland) (Amendment) Bill

CPAG welcomes this Bill. It will enhance administration of the Scottish social security system and improve the experience of the individuals who use it. However it would benefit from amendment which we have detailed in our briefing for the stage 1 debate in Parliament on 4th June 2024.
