Refund policy
You have the right to cancel your book order up to 14 working days, starting from the day after your items have been delivered.
Books and posters
All returns must be authorised in advance by CPAG. Please call us 0207 837 7979 (9am-5pm Monday-Friday) or email [email protected]
Items can be returned as long as:
- You've contacted us in advance of returning the items within 14 days of receipt and books are sent back within 10 working days after approval.
- Books are returned to us in their original condition.
When returning items, please repackage the items securely and send back with a note explaining the reason for the return and enclosing the delivery note and/or receipt. Please also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
If you are returning an item because it was damaged when you received it, or if we have supplied you with the incorrect product, we'll send a replacement and also arrange for the original item to be collected. If you are returning items for any other reason you will need to send these back at your own expense. When we receive the items and are happy with their condition (they must be saleable) we will issue you with a refund.
Returns by post are made at your own risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as we cannot credit you for returns we've not received.
Training and events bookings
Very occasionally, there are not enough participants to make a course viable. In this situation, CPAG reserves the right to cancel a course. This can be done up to 2 weeks in advance of the date of the course. We will endeavour to find suitable alternative arrangements or refund you.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel a booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

Membership and subscriptions
You have the right to cancel membership and subscriptions up to 14 working days following payment.
Please contact [email protected] to request a refund. Any items shipped to you in advance of your cancellation must be returned to us before we can refund you.
After this time, membership and subscriptions are non-refundable (both in full or in part).
