AdvicePro is a fully-managed, secure web-based case management system developed specifically for advice organisations and being used in a variety of other settings including by housing associations, local authorities, universities and public and commercial services. Age Scotland
Age Scotland is the Scottish charity for older people. We provide information, advice and friendship and campaign on issues to improve the lives of people over the age of 50.
Citizens Advice Scotland
Citizens Advice Scotland, the Extra Help Unit and our 59 member bureaux together form Scotland’s largest independent advice network.

Disability Information Scotland
We help disabled people in Scotland through providing information and contacts. We help organisations by providing information and training in making information accessible.
Family Fund
Family Fund helps families raising disabled or seriously ill children or young people up to the age of 24 years old, on a low income, living in the UK. We provide grants for wide-ranging items from kitchen appliances or much-needed family breaks and much more.
We also give families wider support including:
- Information, resources and workshops on where to go for help with money and benefits;
- How to find help with your child’s education and mental health wellbeing;
- Digital training and creative workshops
Financially Included
A trauma-informed advice service helping economic abuse survivors navigate complex economic systems and advocate for their rights. We provide staff training to identify, respond and reduce impacts of economic abuse.
Home Energy Scotland
Home Energy Scotland offers free, expert and impartial advice on saving energy and making homes warmer and easier to heat. We help householders save money and reduce their carbon footprint.
Housing Systems
Housing Systems provides second tier advice on welfare benefits to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, charities and community organisations.
Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens’ Rights Agreements (IMA)
The IMA protects the rights of EU and EEA EFTA citizens, and their family members, in the UK and Gibraltar after the UK left the EU.
Kinship Care Advice Service for Scotland
The Kinship Care Advice Service for Scotland provides confidential, free advice and information to Kinship families and the professionals working with them.
The Scottish Commission on Social Security (SCoSS)
The Scottish Commission on Social Security (SCoSS) is an independent, advisory body which undertakes scrutiny of the Scottish Social Security System.
