CPAG welfare rights brings together all our essential resources on our online platform, cpag.org.uk/welfare-rights, including our handbooks, caselaw summaries, adviser tools, template letters and appeal submissions. Many of these resources are free to use. Subscribers can also access the digital versions of our handbooks such as our Welfare Benefits Handbook and Benefits for Migrants Handbook which are regularly updated online, as well as all our tools. We are not-for-profit. Your subscription not only gives you access to resources produced by sector leaders in welfare rights, but also helps support the work of our charity, including our free advice lines, our test cases which push the boundaries of welfare rights to improve the lives of claimants, and our campaigns to end child poverty. CPAG’s judicial review project helps advisers use the Judicial Review Pre Action Protocol to resolve their clients’ intractable welfare benefits issues. And the monthly online Friday Fun Quizzes raise awareness of key topics and increase knowledge and skills. They deliver more than 150 Training Courses a year - both online and face-to-face and have developed a unique suite of 20 welfare benefit related E-Learning Courses. They also host regular Webinars and Conferences.

Mighty Oak Training Ltd delivers the Level 4 Revenues and Welfare Benefits Practitioner Apprenticeship, supporting organisations across the wider welfare advice sector. Our programme equips advisers with the technical accuracy, legislative confidence and customer‑focused skills needed to handle complex welfare issues in diverse settings.
Following the recent review of the apprenticeship standard, we have expanded our curriculum to reflect broader welfare practice.
