Adviser tools free trial

Our adviser tools subscription gives you access to our interactive tools on CPAG Welfare Rights without needing a Digital+ subscription.

We currently have 17 tools, and we’re adding more all the time. We update the tools regularly and all tools include references to the relevant law and procedures.

• Find out whether your client has a right to reside, and/or whether they are a person ‘subject to immigration control’.
• Get an answer to questions about what should happen with your client’s universal credit claim, such as when their limited capability for work or work-related activity should start, or what their work-related requirements should be, given their circumstances.
• Generate mandatory reconsideration requests using information about your client’s situation.
• Prepare a tailored appeal submission for your client’s PIP appeal.
• Determine whether your client’s case is appropriate for judicial review.
