Note:

We have withdrawn this template as it refers to DWP guidance which has now changed. DWP guidance now states that "Migration Notices must no longer be cancelled in any circumstances at the claimant's request".  For this guidance, see the DWP's response to the Freedom of Information request: Managed migration guidance - November 2025.
