Use this template to challenge the DWP's decision to 'close' (ie, refuse) your client's claim or end their entitlement due to your client's failure to accept a universal credit (UC) claimant commitment when your client has complex needs, was given fewer than 7 days to accept, and was called to 'meeting' rather than asked to accept an actual commitment.
