Use this template to challenge the DWP's decision to 'close your client's claim', ie, to revise the decision on their initial claim to refuse entitlement from the start of their award and to create an overpayment, due to your client's failure to provide ID evidence for 'reverification' when your client was awarded universal credit (UC) during Covid easements and your client is no longer in receipt of UC.
