DWP refusal of UC to a 16-17-year-old claimant estranged from their parents

Use this template to challenge the DWP's decision that your 16-17-year-old client is 'receiving education' or 'living with someone in place of a parent' and therefore not entitled to universal credit (UC), when another person is not acting in place of your client's parent, your client is exempt from the requirement not to be receiving education, and DWP has not provided a written decision or notified your client of their appeal rights.
