Use this template to challenge the DWP's failure to decide your client's capability for work for universal credit (UC) within a reasonable time when your client will have limited capability for work and work-related activity (LCWRA) once assessed, and including if your client has had an inconclusive telephone assessment and been told to 'wait for a face-to-face assessment'.
