Use this template to challenge the DWP's decision to 'close' your client's 'claim', ie, to revise the decision on their initial claim to refuse entitlement from the start of their award creating an overpayment, due to your client's failure to provide a selfie as ID evidence for 'reverification' when your client was awarded universal credit (UC) during Covid easements. Your client has requested a mandatory reconsideration of the DWP's decision which has not been decided within reasonable time.
