This course aims to equip you with the practical knowledge you need to help your service users navigate universal credit and avoid potential pitfalls.

This course is aimed at frontline workers who have little or no experience of the benefit system.
Methods of delivery and timings
This half-day introductory level course will be delivered online via Zoom. It runs from 10am to 1pm, with a half hour break between 11.15-11.45.
It is a practical course delivered using a combination of trainer presentation, exercises and group discussion. Participants will be provided with supporting e-learning material, including PowerPoint slides and training packs, hosted on CPAG’s e-learning platform.
What you will need
