Arranged under topic headings and concentrating on caselaw, this essential one-day course looks at the most important changes in benefit and tax credits law from the previous six months.

• Decisions of the High Court, Court of Appeal, Court of Session and Supreme Court, as well as the European Court of Justice and European Court of Human Rights
• Selected decisions of the Upper Tribunal
• Significant changes to Acts and regulations

This is a practical course, delivered using a combination of trainer presentation, exercises and group discussion.
