Universal credit (UC) changes all the time, as the law is amended, as it is implemented in practice, and as local delivery changes. This course is an opportunity for experienced advisers to get up to date with the latest developments. You will be able to share experiences of universal credit and discuss legal and practical approaches to best support clients.

Current legal challenges
Common practical problems in UC and approaches to tackle them

This full-day Experienced level course runs from 10.00 to 13.00 across two mornings, with a 30 minute break on each day at 11.15. It is delivered live online, via Zoom, with CPAG trainer Sarah Batty.
It is a practical course delivered using a combination of trainer presentation, exercises and group discussion. Participants will be provided with supporting e-learning material, including PowerPoint slides and access to exercises and activities hosted on CPAG’s e-learning platform.
