Booking
Browse and book training courses by date.
A confirmation email will be sent to course attendees once the booking has been made. Places are not guaranteed until they have been paid.
Very occasionally, there are not enough participants to make a course viable and in this situation, CPAG reserves the right to cancel a course. This can be done up to 2 weeks in advance of the date of the course. If you are making travel arrangements, please wait until this point or call us to confirm that the course will run.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- If you cancel more than 28 days from the course date, a £25 cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel more than 14 days from the course date 50% of the course fee will be charged.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the course date, you will be charged the full fee.
